Warranty and Service

Claims are added through a dedicated internal service platform. All communication is done electronically.

Self-registration and account activation can only be done by contractors who have purchased from INNPRO.

Stages of service request:
  • account registration / login - service.innpro.eu (B2B - REQUIRED to provide NIP/VAT NR).
  • adding a request / automatic assigning of an RMA number
  • marking the declaration with the assigned RMA number / printing the transfer protocol
  • delivery of products on your own to the address: Serwis INNPRO ul.Rudzka 65C 44-200 Rybnik serwis@innpro.pl
  • monitoring the application service process - service.innpro.eu
