Warranty and Service
Claims are added through a dedicated internal service platform. All communication is done electronically.
Self-registration and account activation can only be done by contractors who have purchased from INNPRO.
Stages of service request:
- account registration / login - service.innpro.eu (B2B - REQUIRED to provide NIP/VAT NR).
- adding a request / automatic assigning of an RMA number
- marking the declaration with the assigned RMA number / printing the transfer protocol
