Enter the product codes that you want to add to the basket in bulk (after a comma, with a space or from a new line). Repeating the code many times will add this item as many times as it appears.

Warranty and Service

Claims are added through a dedicated internal service platform. All communication is done electronically.

Self-registration and account activation can only be done by contractors who have purchased from INNPRO.

Stages of service request:

  1. Account registration / login - service.innpro.eu (B2B - REQUIRED to provide NIP/VAT NR).
  2. Adding a request / automatic assigning of an RMA number
  3. Marking the declaration with the assigned RMA number / printing the transfer protocol
